These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phgames ("phgames," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the phgames website at phgames.biz and all associated services, games, and tools ("Services"). By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

1. Definitions

"Account" means the individual registered player account on phgames. "Balance" means the total PHP amount held in a player's phgames wallet, including real-money funds and any awarded bonus funds separately tracked. "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits granted by phgames subject to separate wagering conditions. "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under PAGCOR compliance standards. "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. "Services" means all casino games, sports wagering, bingo, and related features available through the phgames platform. "Territory" means the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any real-money feature on phgames. This requirement is absolute and non-waivable. It reflects PAGCOR's regulatory framework for casino-style gambling in the Philippines. phgames reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify age.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The phgames platform is directed at residents of the Republic of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using phgames is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and may have their accounts restricted pending verification.

2.3 One Account Policy. Each natural person is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) phgames account. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. phgames may immediately suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon discovering a breach of this clause.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of your account information at all times. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.5 KYC Verification. Full access to phgames withdrawal features is conditional upon successful completion of KYC verification. Accepted documents include valid Philippine government-issued ID (passport, driver's licence, SSS, PhilHealth, UMID, or postal ID). phgames may require additional documentation at its discretion.

3. Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phgames login credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or one-time PIN (OTP) with any third party.

3.2 phgames will never ask for your password by email, phone, or live chat. Any communication claiming to require your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phgames support immediately.

3.3 You must notify phgames immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your account. phgames will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Methods. phgames accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank, and such other methods as phgames may introduce from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on phgames is ₱100, or such other minimum as phgames may specify for individual payment methods.

4.3 Own Funds Only. You agree to deposit only funds that are legally yours and that originate from legitimate sources. phgames prohibits the use of credit cards or borrowed funds for the purpose of funding gaming activity, in line with responsible gaming principles.

4.4 Third-Party Payments. Deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name are prohibited. phgames reserves the right to refund any such deposit and restrict the account pending investigation.

4.5 Deposit Delays. While GCash deposits to phgames are typically credited instantly, occasional delays may occur due to payment gateway maintenance or banking system issues outside phgames' control. phgames accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed after successful KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will be declined where the account's KYC status is incomplete or where there is an active security review on the account.

5.2 Processing Times. phgames targets the following processing windows: GCash — approximately 10 minutes from approval; bank transfer (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) — same banking day, subject to banking hours. These are target times and not guaranteed service levels.

5.3 Withdrawal to Source. phgames may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering controls.

5.4 Bonus Funds. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until their associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Only real-money balances may be withdrawn. The phgames account dashboard distinguishes between real-money and bonus balances at all times.

5.5 Right to Withhold. phgames reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of this Agreement pending investigation. phgames will notify affected players within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 All promotions, bonuses, and free spin offers at phgames are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates.

6.2 Wagering requirements state the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds at phgames carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.

6.3 phgames reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel bonus credits at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of system errors, collusion, or use of automated betting strategies.

6.4 Players may only participate in each phgames promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means constitutes fraud.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

7.1 All games available on phgames are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and this Agreement, individual game rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics.

7.2 phgames operates live dealer games streamed from certified studios. All card shuffling, dealing, and game conduct comply with casino-grade standards and are recorded for dispute resolution purposes.

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including disconnection, server error, or software fault — phgames reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any wager placed. phgames accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are theoretical long-term figures and do not guarantee specific session outcomes for any individual player.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phgames and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or while subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Operating more than one phgames account;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Use of automated betting tools, bots, or scripts;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured games;
• Money laundering or depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims made in bad faith;
• Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct toward phgames staff or other players.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 phgames is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools accessible directly from every player's account dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); wager limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods; and voluntary self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion.

9.2 Players who have activated a self-exclusion may not circumvent it by registering a new account. Doing so constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phgames platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, and text — is the exclusive property of phgames or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of the phgames platform may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phgames shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; loss of profits or revenue; losses arising from platform downtime or technical failure beyond phgames' reasonable control; or any decision made by a player in reliance on information displayed on the phgames platform.

11.2 phgames' total aggregate liability to any individual player for any cause of action shall not exceed the value of that player's verified deposits in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Nothing in this Agreement limits phgames' liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12. Amendments

phgames reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the registered account address and/or a prominent notice on the phgames platform. Continued use of phgames after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players who do not accept amended terms must close their account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation. PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework applies where required by regulation.
